How we handle what you tell us

Written in plain English, as required under Singapore’s PDPA and in line with international privacy standards such as the GDPR.

Who we are

Ranger Investigation & Security Services Pte Ltd (“Ranger”, “we”) decides how the information you send through this form is used. For any privacy question or request, contact our Data Protection Officer at contact.us@ranger-security.com.sg, by phone on +65 6296 9582, or by post to 808 French Road, #07-183, Kitchener Complex, Singapore 200808.

What we collect
  • The service(s) you tick
  • Your name — a first name or alias is fine
  • A mobile number and/or email address, and how you’d like us to reply
  • What you choose to tell us about your situation
  • Your consent, with the date and time it was given
  • The date and time you sent it, and the page you sent it from

Giving us information is voluntary, but without a way to reach you we can’t reply. Please don’t send NRIC or passport numbers, bank or card details, health information or other highly sensitive details. If your message mentions other people, include only what we need to understand the request.

How your message reaches us

When you press Send confidentially, this page passes your enquiry over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our website’s form service. The form service emails it straight to the company mailbox of the team(s) you ticked, and nobody else. Our website doesn’t keep a copy. If the form service is ever unavailable, you’ll be offered the option to send the same message from your own email app instead. That message then travels through your email provider, under its own terms.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, understand your needs, arrange a consultation and prepare a quotation. If you tick Careers & Recruitment, we use it only to consider you for suitable roles and arrange an interview. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Legal basis (for visitors covered by the GDPR / UK GDPR and similar laws): your consent; steps you ask us to take before entering into an engagement; and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of enquiries.

Who sees it
  • Only the team(s) you select: Private Investigation, Security Solutions, Security Technology, or our HR team for Careers & Recruitment
  • Our Data Protection Officer or management, where needed to handle a request or complaint
  • Our email and IT service providers, bound by contract to protect it and use it only for us
  • Authorities, where we are required or permitted to share it by law
Where it is stored

Your message is kept in our company email system, in Singapore where possible. Some providers, such as email or IT services, may process data outside Singapore. When that happens, we take steps to make sure your data gets protection comparable to the PDPA, for example through contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t lead to an engagement, we delete it within 12 months. If you engage us, we keep it with your case records for as long as legal, regulatory or professional requirements call for, and then dispose of it securely. If you apply for a job and aren’t hired, we delete your details within 12 months unless you agree that we may keep them for future openings.

How we protect it

This page uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries go only to company email accounts, access is limited to staff who need it, and those staff are bound by confidentiality. We don’t ask for NRIC numbers on this website. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as the law requires.

Your rights
  • Everyone: ask to access or correct your personal data, ask how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or withdraw consent. We will then stop using it for this enquiry, which may mean we can’t continue helping.
  • EU / UK and similar laws: you can also ask us to delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or receive a portable copy.
  • California and similar US laws: you can ask to know, delete or correct your information. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

Email contact.us@ranger-security.com.sg. We may need to verify your identity, and we will reply within the time the applicable law requires. You can also complain to the PDPC or your local data protection authority.

Cookies, maps and messaging on this page

The form sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics only record which team(s) were ticked, never what you type. The map only loads from Google when you tap “Show the map”. Phone, WhatsApp and email links hand you over to your telco, WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, which apply their own privacy terms. Our website analytics are described in our Cookies Policy.

Age

This form is for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

Changes to this notice

We will post any update here and change the date. Last updated: 26 September 2026. This notice adds to our full Privacy Policy.

What to prepare (if you can)

Don’t worry if you have none of this. Many clients start with just a feeling that something isn’t right.

  1. A short summary of what’s happening
  2. Key dates, times and locations
  3. Names of the people or companies involved
  4. Documents, messages or photos, if you have them
  5. Any deadlines, court dates or safety concerns

We will

  • Discuss your matter privately, by phone, WhatsApp or in person
  • Tell you honestly what is — and isn’t — lawfully possible
  • Give a clear quote before any work starts

We won’t

  • Ask for your NRIC or bank details on the website
  • Share your enquiry beyond the people handling it
  • Pressure you to proceed

Contact FAQ

Before you reach out

All FAQs
What happens after I contact Ranger?

The first step is a confidential discussion to understand the situation, your objective and the help you need. We’ll tell you honestly whether the matter is suitable for professional handling and what the most practical next step is — with a clear quotation before any work begins.

What information should I prepare?

A short summary of the issue, key dates and locations, names of relevant people or companies, any documents, messages or photos, and any urgent deadlines or safety concerns. Please don’t send NRIC or bank details through the website.

Will my enquiry be kept confidential?

Yes. Your enquiry is sent over an encrypted connection only to the team(s) you select, our website doesn’t keep a copy, and it is handled on a need-to-know basis under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at contact.us@ranger-security.com.sg.

How do you use the information I send?

Only to respond to your enquiry, assess how we can help and prepare a quotation. We don’t use it for marketing, we don’t sell it, and you can ask to access, correct or withdraw consent for it at any time. Full details are in the privacy notice on this page.

How do I apply for a job at Ranger?

Tick Careers & Recruitment in the form, call our HR Executive on +65 8780 3958, or email hr@ranger-security.com.sg. Please don’t send NRIC or bank details at this stage — we’ll only ask for what we need, when we need it.

When can I reach you?

Our investigation line (+65 8855 6186) is open 24/7. The security division (+65 9456 1778) operates Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with Saturday by appointment. Office visits are by appointment.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on scope, complexity, manpower, urgency, duration, reporting requirements, locations and any specialist resources or technology. You’ll receive a clear quotation after the free consultation.
